I'm a product leader who works with founders and product teams to find the sharp edge of their strategy, build the habits that make shipping routine, and grow the people who keep it going after I leave.
Over the years I've led product in startups and scale-ups, built and rebuilt teams, reset discovery practices that had turned into theatre, and helped executives make the calls they'd been circling for months.
These days I split my time between fractional leadership, coaching, and writing about the craft — most of which ends up on this site.
